Penelectro specialises in the supply of electric furnaces, electric forehearths and boosting systems. Although perhaps best known for such items of capital plant, we also supply a range of other ancillary systems and components associated with both electric and conventional fuel-fired processes.

 
Design Innovation –
      

Based on standard and modular components the designs of all of our products are tailored to suit each client’s particular requirements. Systems are based on the integration of proven technology with the correct level of development – and with proper consideration of materials selection. Our product designs undergo continuous re-evaluation and progression, but we will not experiment at the expense of our clients.

Quality and reliability – 		       
    

Most mechanical and electrical equipment is assembled in our own workshops, where all components undergo rigorous testing and pre-despatch checks. Even items that are machined or fabricated by one of our approved suppliers will come to us for testing prior to despatch. In this way we have total control over the quality of our equipment. All items leave us carrying a test and quality certificate – and CE (or other) certification where appropriate.

On site we will install our systems to the highest standards, or assist the client to do the same. Penelectro acknowledges the importance of the installation, checking and commissioning procedures in ensuring the success of a project. Our site teams are qualified, experienced and provided with proper support from the home base.
